GENERAL INFORMATION

Most orders are processed and dispatched within one working day, depending on the payment method. All orders are shipped via DHL and require a signature upon delivery.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or offer pay on delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINES

• Orders placed and paid for before 12pm Monday through Friday (EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) will be processed and dispatched to our courier partners within 1 working day
• Orders paid for via debit or credit card are usually picked up by our courier partners within 24 hours, Monday to Friday
• Orders paid for via bank deposit are picked up by our courier partners the next working day after payment is confirmed
• Orders placed and paid for on weekends and public holidays will be picked up by the courier company on the next working day

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once the order has been processed and dispatched to our courier partners. Where available, the email will include tracking information when the order has shipped.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP

We are pleased to offer free in-store pickup in any of our stores in Lagos and Abuja based on the following delivery timelines

If you need your purchase more urgently, please select the paid delivery options instead at checkout. Our standard delivery timelines would apply in this case.

We offer same-day express delivery for orders placed online via Uber Parcel. 

Please note that this is charged as a premium service and the delivery fee is dependent on the distance from the nearest Azarai store.

Alternatively, you can send you own courier or dispatch rider to pick-up from the store at no additional charge.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

Please ensure that you enter your correct address to ensure a smooth delivery. Our courier partner levies a surcharge for address corrections. Kindly take note.

FAILED DELIVERIES

Our courier partners will usually call before making a delivery attempt. If they are unable to deliver a package or reach the customer on the phone to schedule a re-delivery, the parcel will be taken back to their local depot. You can call them to arrange collection at your convenience.
